Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you do not totally love your purchase from Bad Beez Beauty, we will return or exchange your unopened product within 30 days of purchase. We will process your return/exchange for free! We will process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping fees. Please keep in mind it could take between 7-10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds after 30 days
- We will issue your refund back to your original payment method
- We are unable to process returns on opened items. Please contact our Customer Service Team should you need further information regarding this
How to Return or Exchange Your Product (s)
- Email us @info@badbeez.com, provide your order number & the item (s) you’d like to return
- We will create and print your free shipping label for the return
- Securely pack your items for return, make sure individual products are in original Bad Beez Beauty’s boxes
- Place label on package & mail
- You could track for package’s destination with the tracking number on your label
